What happens if a pregnant woman becomes a vampire?

Assuming vampires exist, and they’re not like in twilight (more Buffy the vampire slayer style vampires)
If a pregnant woman gets turned (To make you a vampire they have to suck your blood and then you have to suck their blood. It’s a whole big sucking thing.) What will happen to the baby?
Will it come out human, vampire or simply die of blood loss?

Vampires need to survive just like all other living creatures. Even if the pregnant vampire sucks blood from another vampire and have that vampire suck her blood, as long as she is not sucked dry and she continues to have other foods in her diet, the baby should be fine. If she changes to a bat, then definitely I would say the child would not survive the transformation.
Blood by the way, is loaded with iron and other nutrients which is good for your health…if you’re into drinking blood.
Anyway, you’re eating blood all the time, ever ate hamburger…you can’t wash the blood off ground meat so it is cooked into the burger which you enjoy as juicy, what about a rare or medium rare steak, it’s all about blood.
As late as the 1800s, some English women believed that they would become pregnant more often if they drank the blood of their enemies.
In real life the baby will probably suffocate and die when the mother’s blood stopped supplying it with oxygen.

I do not think this vampire will be a good one…she must be easy to get tired and nausea, because she is having a child, right? I am a mother, and I remember vividly, when I was pregnant, I was so big and I could not run fast or move around easily, especially when my pregnancy turned to 8-9 months…so, I can tell you, I do not think vampires should get pregnant, not at all, seriously…so, better we must supply them with lot and lot and lot of good Birth Control kits….any one?….

It will burst out of the mothers stomach like the aliens from Alien. And then there will just be a vampire fetus crawling around on the floor, dragging its afterbirth behind it.
the baby would be born a percentage vampire, or either would be born human with stagnant (i think that’s the word lol) or unmoving vampire blood which would have to be activated by being bitten or exchanging blood with another vampire.
