Some of the classics are: Rudolph the Red-nose Reindeer, Santa Claus is Coming to Town, Frosty the Snowman, The Grinch Who Stole Christmas, Miracle on 34th Street, A Christmas Carol, It’s a Wonderful Life. Can you think of more? And no, slasher Christmas movies don’t count as Classic Christmas. Those count as Horror Christmas movies.

Now, the twilight series—-thats a freaking no-guy zone. I haven’t read one vampire book/series/chronical whatever that has been suitable for both girls and guys. so guys, i’m trying to write one but i would love to know what you like in them?!? A little romance? (maybe not) voilence? horror? action? fantasy? tilt-your-neck-or-I’ll-freaking-rip-your-guts-out type of novel? need a honest guys veiw.

My friends and I do movie nights every week and we need some more creepy films to watch. Preferably something recent, by that I mean anything made in the last 15 years. 2000+ would be great.
And not movies like Saw or Hostel; we’re fans of foreign horror mostly, ha. Our most recent viewings have been Martyrs, Audition, Inside, and High Tension.
We are considering Irreversible and Taxidermia, so if anyone’s seen those a short review on how "disturbing" those are would be great.

Saturday was Bram Stoker’s birthday. I love Bram Stoker’s Dracula, it’s beautiful and romantic, yet brutal. I think it might be my favorite vampire film ever. I’m currently watching After Dark…it’s ok. I also really enjoy 30 Days of Night - extremely gory…it really reflects the horror side of vampirism.

For me, it’s the three men–for their devotion to Lucy. But most of all, Arthur…. The anguish he felt as he watched Lucy wasting away, the shock of hearing Dr. Van Helsing’s proposal, and the horror of seeing Lucy in her demon form. Bur most of all, I admire him for his strength through all that he went through. And his courage as he drove the stake deep into Lucy’s heart! I mean heck, if I were him, I wouldn’t be able to do that–my strength would have failed me at that! I mean who could do that?

Im getting coloured contact lenses for a birthday party im going to. my friend is turning 16, its a really horror kind of party. she said i have to dress up as a vampire. she thinks i look like some chick off twilight. so thats why she wants me to dress up as one! i was thinking it would be pretty cool to have coloured contact lenses like black or gold like a vampire. i have never worn them before and im too scared to put them in. im scared they will hurt or something…

I'm writing a screenplay but I can't decide on the location. It's a horror/suspence film and I'm torn between Pittsburgh and Cape Cod. Any other suggestions?? I want it to be a realistic location and not set up to be like a Michael Myers type of town. Completely normal. Thanks!
Yes, Pittsburgh and Cape Cod can be creepy if you write it, the right way. They did film My Bloody Valentine in Pittsburgh! And Julia Roberts; Sleeping with the Enemy is in Cape Cod.
