I’m just curious about how many of you know the movie. If you do, is there any particular scene which sticks in your memory. For the record, I think it is an often overlooked horror classic but I don’t automatically expect anyone else to agree.

I know I’m only 15, but I haven’t had a boyfriend and I don’t think I’ll get one anytime soon. It kinda worries me cause the way I’m going, it might be a long time before I’ll get one.
I’m not a girl who thinks her whole life depends on getting married, but love is still important.
I’m fairly tall, auburn long hair, caucasian. I’m not that shy but I have a problem with showing my true self. I’m reserved and quiet, and I can stay quiet for a long long time. I don’t like showing my body either, even though it’s not bad (hate swimwear!!) . I’m kinda a tomboy and I don’t wear skirts and dresses alot, though I can if someone wants me to. I’m pretty talkative around my family though. With other people, it’s a real problem. I’m artistic and love to be different, and I’m really understanding. I like to make people happy and see everyone happy. I don’t like talking about myself like I am now, and I prefer to hear about others (mainly because I know people like talking about themselves) I have few friends that are mainly school friends, and I don’t tend to talk to them excessively either. Though my true self is loving and peaceful, I do have a dark side that loves heavy metal, vehicles, gothic stuff, horror and gore lol. I don’t find any movie that scary I also love amusment parks and thrills in that area. I’m an artist so I have an unusual mind, but I can adapt to others quickly.
So, if you can sum that up, do you think someone could like me? I know it depends on the person, but what are my chances? (I’m bi, but I don’t think I’d want to actually date a girl)
Just so you know, I know this question is a rough on the edges, but the real question is if you met someone like me, would you like me? I’m not obsessed with love, okay? This is just testing to see if I’m a likable person, and if maybe you could give me some advise. Thanks.

I have seen many movies (classic / recent) which are called "Horror" , yet I was surprised with their (It’s a movie atmosphere) and I’m a person who watches movies like (The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (original)) and call it (thriller) , yet horror free . So I don’t get touched easily . The only movie that I really felt I’m living is (The Exorcist "original") and maybe (The Changeling) and (Rosemary’s Baby) and I’m looking for a movie (Jacob’s Ladder) Tim Robbins star that I heard good . Now , if there are movies that are really reality horrifying , especially the old ones cause I’m not into nowadays lame stuff gore teenage movies , please list them for me and I’ll check if I know them or if I don’t , then I’ll seek them … Thanks .

MOVIE 1. About a police officer that constantly makes his employees look bad (very bad) and they finally get enough of it and send him off to be a police officer in a quiet town. But it’s not exactly the quiet town you would expect it to be.

MOVIE 2. Constantly named the worst movie ever made it was made a few years ago, but strangely didn’t gain that much fame until now.

MOVIE 3. Was a huge box office flop that came out recently where a hard working parent has a daughter that is in her own imaginary world but soon he becomes apart of it

MOVIE 4. A action packed movie based on a video game another HUGE flop

MOVIE 5. A film that has a vampire it has some comedic references to it but it is mainly horror or drama well maybe half and half

it’s a horror classic movie, at least in 90s or older, okay I only remember the ending
a woman with a knife in a house she wants to kill a man (main role actor as i believe), so at the ending she is sitting in the kitchen and stabs the ground about three times or more the man looks at her after he makes a phone call, then when he turns at her again he only finds the knife stabbed on the ground !!

it was scary for me when I was maybe 8, maybe I watched it on 1998 !!

do you know how frustrated people sit on ground a scary way, she stabs the ground because she has nothing to do after he hunted her (I believe shot her with a gun) she sits in the corner and ( not stabs the ground) but I meean hits the ground with the knife slowly like she’s crazy. thank you for answering can you tell me if you remember it ??

I really can’t tell if it is or not, but I think this is a crime movie and the movie I watched is more terrifeing, and the main role character was white I think he wears a hat like a cowboy but he’s not a cowboy

I rememberd one more thing that she wears white and appears suddenly behind him and scream before she tries to stab him !! she did it as I remember when he was on stairs looking to hunt her down !!

What Dracula book should I read and other books in that genre like Frankenstein and other books like that?
Well I thought there were other Dracula books that were a bit different from each other, my bad. Also is there other horror classic literature books? Is the Invisible Man one?
Oh my age is 13 going on 14. I’m very interested in reading these books and have a good understanding for most things.

For Halloween night with my 8 & 10 yr old sons I’d like to watch a classic old black and white "horror" movie. I’d prefer something themed for Halloween (ie: vampires or mummies or witches are better than the Creature from the Black Lagoon).

I’d like something that holds up well (ie: won’t be a total joke). Vampires jumping out of coffins is ok, cutting up their victims with chainsaws is not… so anything from the 50s or 60s should be tame enough.

If there’s a good HD or Bluray transfer available, all the better, since we’ll watch it on the big projector.

Its called Forver Thirteen. This is Chapter 1.

Chapter 1

I was at the mall when it happened. He just came up to me. He grabbed me and I didn’t know what to do. My best friend Lexi was with me. She started screaming when he put his mouth to my neck and bite into my skin with his fangs. But she didn’t go away. I think she didn’t because she was frozen in horror. When he stopped biting my neck he dropped me and smiled an evil smile showing his fangs, then he chased after Lexi. I was just lying there on the ground and no one came to help me. I couldn’t breathe. I was gasping for air. I closed my eyes and hoped the pain would go away. It didn’t. I soon fell asleep. When I woke up I was lying in a bed in the hospital. I looked around. No one was in the room. Then a nurse came in and smiled a weak smile at me. I didn’t smile back. The nurse left and I heard her talking to someone outside the room. I couldn’t really hear what she was saying because she was talking quickly. When the nurse and the other person stopped talking a doctor came into the room. He smiled at me but I didn’t smile back.
“Hello Alexa. Do you know what happened to you early today?” The doctor said.
“No.” I lied. I shook my head at the same time.
“A Vamprye bit you.” I didn’t say anything.
“You are a Vamprye now Alexa.”
“What?” I said puzzled.
“Do you know about Vampryes?”
“Yes.”
“So what happens when a Vampyre bites you?”
“You turn into a Vamprye or you die.”
“Yes.”
“So I am actually a Vamprye?” He nodded.
I don’t remember the rest of the conversation we had I only remember that I cried. I was told that the Vamprye that bit me chased down Lexi and bit her but she didn’t turn into a Vamprye, she died. After I was told that I cried.
The doctor called my mum and told her that I was in the hospital and that I was a Vamprye. She was okay with it until she found out that I am immortal and that means that I can no longer age. So she cried and asked the doctor if there was any way for me to not be a Vamprye and he said no there isn’t. So she cried even more.
The doctor also told mum that I will now only drink blood and won’t eat anything. Mum asked how I was going to get the blood and the doctor said that I have to get donated blood.
I could go on and on about all the things the doctor told my mum and that mum asked him. Mum cried the whole time he told her these things.
When mum came to visit she cried. I thought she would. She hugged me and wouldn’t let go. I cried. The doctor whose name was Damien comforted her. But she kept crying. Mum slept with me at the bed in the hospital that night.
It had been a week since I was bitten by the Vampyre and I was still in the hospital. Mum had been sleeping there with me. I hadn’t had any food but I didn’t want any, I was craving for blood. Damien (the doctor) got some donated blood for me. He put some in a glass and handed it to me. I smelt it. It smelt good so I took a sip which turned into a gulp. Within seconds the blood was all gone. Damien poured more blood into the glass and I gulped it down it seconds too. I drank about eight glasses of blood that day.
The next day I drank other eight glasses of blood, but I was still craving for more after the eighth glass. I didn’t get another glass.
I had been in the hospital for two weeks and my fangs were just starting to show, my skin went pale and my eyes went red. I was drinking more blood than usual.
After three weeks I got powers and abilities. I had the ability to read other peoples thoughts by focusing on that person. I had the power to heal people (even myself). Also I could control all four elements, wind, fire, water and earth.
By four weeks of being in the hospital I was ready to go home.
“Damien, when can I go home?” I asked when he walked into the room.
“When you are ready.” He said. “Why?”
“Because I wanna go home.”
“So you’re ready to go?”
“Yes.”
“Well then you can go. I will call your mother.”
“Thank you.” Damien left and when he came back mum was with him. I got out of the bed and stood next to mum.
“I will give you some donated blood and when you run out just come back and get some more.” Damien said to mum.
“Okay.” Mum said. I nodded. We walked out of the room and to the front office of the hospital. Damien went into the room behind the office and came out with a box of plastic bags with blood in them. When I saw the blood my eyes went wide and I started craving for blood. I need blood. I thought. I need blood. Damien saw my eyes and stared.
“Do you want blood Alexa?” He asked. I nodded still staring at the blood with my eyes wide. “Well you can have some when you get home. Okay?” I nodded again. Damien handed the box to mum and said ‘bye’. I kept staring at the blood.

I forgot the name but it was about a boy and I think he just moved to a pretty big house and he has dreams about an amulet and he befriends a young boy vampire who’s family is looking for the amulet in his dream to set them free and it had something to do with a comet and the vampire had a sister and that’s all I can remember about it if anybody knows the title I’ll be eternally grateful oh it’s more of a family movie not so much horror

For the annual Creepy Christmas, Voltaire, the film person, made a small short. Narrator? Gerard Way. The short’s good, very good, even if Gerard wasn’t talking. But it gave me chills, I’ll admit. It’s impressive; Voltaire’s work, that is. And the voice is just icing on the cake.

I was rather excited to hear is voice again…

And horror-ish books. Thrillers with blood and gore that will get stuck in your head for days, and leave you having nightmares but still screaming for more! And idea?

Some of the classics are: Rudolph the Red-nose Reindeer, Santa Claus is Coming to Town, Frosty the Snowman, The Grinch Who Stole Christmas, Miracle on 34th Street, A Christmas Carol, It’s a Wonderful Life. Can you think of more? And no, slasher Christmas movies don’t count as Classic Christmas. Those count as Horror Christmas movies.

Now, the twilight series—-thats a freaking no-guy zone. I haven’t read one vampire book/series/chronical whatever that has been suitable for both girls and guys. so guys, i’m trying to write one but i would love to know what you like in them?!? A little romance? (maybe not) voilence? horror? action? fantasy? tilt-your-neck-or-I’ll-freaking-rip-your-guts-out type of novel? need a honest guys veiw.

My friends and I do movie nights every week and we need some more creepy films to watch. Preferably something recent, by that I mean anything made in the last 15 years. 2000+ would be great.
And not movies like Saw or Hostel; we’re fans of foreign horror mostly, ha. Our most recent viewings have been Martyrs, Audition, Inside, and High Tension.
We are considering Irreversible and Taxidermia, so if anyone’s seen those a short review on how "disturbing" those are would be great.

Hi! I remembered a while ago. When I was 6, I saw at my brother my first Japanese Anime Movie. I remember that it was about a you girl(I don’t know if she was in school) that was a vampire assassin. She got a mission to disguise into a school girl to find 2-3 vampires that were disguised themselves into school students.I’m sure it was a horror type.
