Is there a kind of article (old) where people are warning you about vampires, or telling a story of vampire sightings?

Well, not exactly because they are not called vampires but some drink blood and eat human flesh, are immortal, and some only come out during the night. These prototypes can be found in 3 main places or sources. The first is the ancient stories of the lilitu demons (mentioned by name once in the Bible). This lilitu (but the Lilith/Adam story looks to be medieval, so far ) as night demons may go back to the 5th or 6th century BCE or earlier to Babylonian or Mesopotamian traditions.

The second source is yet another story about origin of the demons and devils, which changed over time. Archeologically this story can be positively traced back to pre-Christian times(it was among hte Dead Sea Scrolls) and is paraphrased (actually quoted in 2 epistles) by writers of the New Testament.
Start with the Book of the Watchers and work your way forward. (It all starts with the 200 angels who come to earth to have human women). This story also has a biblical origin. Ultimately god punishes them and their children. Some of these become earth demons. You will find some who are said to drink blood and eat human flesh (in later stories).

Also check out the Roman legends of the Stryx or Strix.

Note that there is an association to owls. This is probably the source of why the KJV translators refering to the lilitu demon of Isaiah as a "screech owl". No translator before (or since) translated it that way. [It was just a way to coverup difficult things found there] )
Then there is the Strigoi or Moroi. But you probably know all about these old Romanian legends. These are true vampires, but you should find a connection to Azazel ? (from Watchers?).
edited to add : Supposedly there is a latin translation of Isaiah that translated lilitu as "strix". I have not yet verified this, but it makes sense as to the otherwise unprecedented KJV translation issue.
of course!
some can be dated up to 100 AD
