I will cutthe shirt below elbow length For the gothic lolita a white collared dress shirt with the collar popped up and sewn up i made a meduim sized black fake silk ribbon i will sew that on the collar right where my adom’s apple is.on the sleeves i will put black lace and thin ribbons ties in bows sewn on the sleeves by the wrists On the collar black lace.For the pants knickers
I will also wear a vest with lace sewn around the two parts that are open in the vest around those will i sew the black lace.Also i will wear grey socks.

can someone put together a cute outfit or MORE then one for me im 14 yr old girl.
i like cute clothes that arent slutty. and unique or it doesnt have to be unique. please no abercrombie or hollister or prep stores. and please no gothic clothes. i want a whole outfit shoes,shirt,jeans,accessories,etc.

I mean, I tended to (at least in the past) now that I’m an adult I try my best to smile and put on a good front, but I tended to just exude very dark and gothic characteristics, and even looked it. Everything about me, my dark/black clothes/shoes, my stare, my face..just everything about me was sinister in a sense, like freddy krueger ish, without the burnt skin, and in a way I kinda liked it because it made me stand out and define me. It was really cool but what I noticed was that it scared people and made me the weird guy.

They basically thought I was just "crazy, out of it, insane, had mental problems, satanic, shady, bad guy, drug dealer, serial k9ller," whatever the negative attribute, i was called it.

But little did they all know….I was just playing up a role because it was just so natural to me, and I enjoyed it.

It’s funny because I can go out there dressed like I just walked out of a comedy movie with the smiles and all, and everyone loves me.

So why do people get so naturally turned off, scared and defensive towards "dark" figures, even if its an act?
I’ve had people call me a freak, a creep, shady, crazy, all sorts of thigns; some people even felt bad for me.

Just because I decided to not go with the norm and what not.

I wasn’t even as BAD as marilyn manson!

And he’s not even scary!

(to me at least)

But still, this type of gothic like stuff just seems to really frighten people.

Don’t they get it’s just an act, a phase,..or just something that defines you at that moment? It’s like art in a sense.
Do people think that just because we look a certain way that we’re going to now suddenly bl03 up the country or something?

I’m going gothic lolita, but I’m not all that into high platform shoes.
Also, I dont have lots of money to pay for those kind of shoes…

Thank you for your concern, but its too late for the dress. It has been ordered and shipped. However, I did check and they had many, many good reviews. I have now already found a pair of white gloves,a parasol, tights, and a bento box that I love. All I still need is a pair of shoes. I’m going to customize them myself with ribbon to match the dress, but I need to find plain white high heeled or wedge shoes with a closed toe. Any suggestions?
