You know in the movies sometimes you see people that look very pale what is it that they use to do that?

I was thinking in start dressing gothic loli in public, I already have everything and I dont care what people will look at me. Will it be ok to wear it two times a week or just one? You might also wive your opinion if you wish…thanks.

Honestly, I just do not know what it is, I don’t understand it. I get the whole gothic thing-but how is this different and is it like new or something? I am a pretty open minded person, just curious as to what this fad/lifestyle is all about and why. And what does the E, M, O stand for asnyways? Why is it called that? Someone please explain it all to me:)

For as long as I can remember, and especially now, with the upcoming release of Burton’s interpretation, people have been going on and on about how Alice in Wonderland is such a terribly creepy book with tortured characters and gothic undertones… goodness, did these people even read the book? I have always read it as a fantastic fairy tale - a bit bizarre, incredibly imaginative, but not disturbing. Not like the stories churned out by the Brother’s Grimm… Am I missing something here?

I think they look really hot, but I don't want to be mistaken as emo or something. If I wear a pyramid belt with a white background or w/.e will people think I'm emo?

every one says that i am gothic (even my "friends"). i am not. i am punk. how do i change their opinion and still stay punk? or should i just roll w/ the punches?

I'm sorry but why is everyone always making fun of them. It just doesn't make sense to me. My brother went to a movie theater with his girlfriend and they are both gothic and a boy and a girl behind them kept throwing popcorn on them. My brother also had to use some innapropriate language at them which is just what I would have done. But why are people so mean to them?

It's not like I can tell them apart, but based on questions on here and ppl in the school its all scene or emo now. I have never seen a question on here that says "How can I dress more gothic" but I have seen at least 1000 emo or scene ones.

I am doing a school research paper about societies general opinion on outcast. I would love to know what the people of yahoo think. My basic opinion is I respsect and tolarate all kinds of outcast. I definetely feel that gothics are very interesting. Gays are fine in m case, but I would defintely not like to be hit on by a girl.

This was at a high school

and she won't tell a relative who is 12
